Training Camp Begins August 6
The quest for UCLA’s first Pac-10 conference title in the dreadful Dorrell era begins Monday, August 6 at Spaulding field when Training Camp opens, UCLA announced today according to Brian Dohn of the Daily News. If not now, when? That is the question that will be answered this season. Dorrell has no excuses.

In order for KD to shut us up, he will come out this season and dominate, show he is in control of the games, put lesser opponents away and be competitive in all games down to the last tick of the clock. There will be no “what do I do now” expressions 2 minutes before half time and no “throw in the towel” antics at the end of games. There is no reason not to be in tough in all the games, including SC (this UCLA team beat them just last year and they return almost intact). Walker will have solved the issue of spread offenses, and Novell will be a “diamond in the rough”. It is official.. KD is on the shortest of leashes!!!
