Karl Dorrell’s Legacy Building
In 4 years KD is well on the way to building his legacy as head coach of our football program. So far, the legacy is not that good:
- No wins on the road against teams with a winning record
- No wins against Southern Cal
- No big game wins
- Worst starting 3-year record of any UCLA football coach since ‘Babe’ Horrell ‘39-’42
- KD teams lose most of their games at the end of the season
- Revolving coaching staff
KD can go a long way towards building a different and better legacy by beating a well coached and talented Oregon team on the road this Saturday. Oregon is beatable, but this is a big game for us. It will be the first true test we face and will most likely set the tone for the rest of the year. KD and the team need to come up big, KD’s legacy is riding on it.
